Job Summary
Are you enthusiastic about promoting healthier lifestyles? At Restore, we are on the lookout for individuals who share our passion for wellness. Our Wellness Experience Representatives serve as the welcoming face of each Restore location, playing a crucial role in ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and assist them with various wellness services.
- Manage client communications, including phone inquiries and voicemails, while facilitating appointment bookings and adjustments.
- Onboard new clients by completing necessary documentation and setting up profiles in our system.
- Conduct facility tours and promote service packages and memberships.
- Educate clients about Restore's offerings, including medical benefits and at-home care tips.
- Execute opening and closing procedures to maintain operational standards.
- Uphold a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for health and wellness.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a retail setting.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
Compensation
