Key Responsibilities:

· Arrive at work punctually as scheduled by the supervisor.

· Repair and overhaul machinery including compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and control devices.

· Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using both electrical and mechanical skills.

· Maintain accurate corporate and personal records of work history.

· Conduct general repairs on refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems, including air conditioning units, condensers, ice machines, and gas furnaces.

· Perform preventative maintenance and assess equipment performance and efficiency.

· Engage in minor construction and remodeling tasks, including the startup of new installations.

· Execute additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of experience in commercial refrigeration is required.

· Must achieve a passing score of 80% or higher on the Tek Skills Level 3 assessment.

· Experience with refrigeration systems in convenience stores or supermarkets is highly desirable. Familiarity with single and rack systems, as well as display cases and walk-in boxes, is advantageous.

· A valid driving record is essential, and the ability to work independently is required.

· Availability for emergency on-call duties is a fundamental requirement.

· Must be capable of lifting up to 60 lbs. without assistance and able to sit or stand for extended periods.
