About the Role

Cedar Creek Hospital of Michigan is a state-of-the-art facility providing evidence-based treatment to adolescents and adults struggling with mental health issues. As a Behavioral/Psychiatric Health Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care under the direction of our experienced team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in ongoing patient assessment and provide individualized care based on treatment plans.
  • Participate in assigned groups and activities to meet the needs of various patient populations.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu, utilizing verbal de-escalation techniques and physical management as needed.
  • Make regular patient rounds to ensure safety and provide support.
  • Assist with patient admissions and discharges, including vital signs and belongings searches.
