Safety Clerk Expert

Crown Staffing - Louisville Dixie is seeking a highly skilled Safety Clerk to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining current knowledge on new ideas and techniques in accident prevention and risk management.
You will conduct safety meetings monthly and quarterly for employees and office staff, ensuring a safe work environment. Additionally, you will maintain all records, perform accident investigations, monitor and process worker's compensation claims, and coordinate loss prevention activities.
As a Safety Clerk at Crown Staffing - Louisville Dixie, you will continually review processes from the lens of safety to improve operations, decrease safety concerns, and work cooperatively with local safety committees. You will interpret rules, regulations, and procedures for management and employees, keeping them up-to-date on OSHA standards and regulations.
Your experience in Environmental and OSHA regulations in a manufacturing environment is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to speak in front of large audiences. High organization and computer skills, including MS Office 365, are also required. Leadership and critical thinking traits are essential in this role.
