Position Overview:
InstaSwim is seeking skilled personal swimming coaches to provide individualized swim instruction in various locations. Our coaches will conduct lessons in private residences and community pools, allowing for a flexible work schedule. Compensation ranges from $40 to $60 for each one-hour session, with the freedom to select clients and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver personalized (1-on-1) and small group swim lessons.
2. Arrange swim lesson schedules with flexibility.
3. Travel safely to various client pool locations.
4. Develop customized lesson plans that cater to each student's unique abilities and learning preferences.
5. Evaluate student skills, track progress, and adjust lessons to meet individual and client needs.
6. Provide an engaging and comprehensive learning experience for students and clients.
7. Ensure the safety of all students at all times.
8. Communicate effectively with parents, clients, or caregivers regarding student progress.

Compensation:
Earn between $40 and $60 for each one-hour lesson. Payments are processed via PayPal within 24 hours following the completion of your swim lesson.

Requirements:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in swim instruction for students of all ages.
2. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children.
5. Ability to work independently and confidently.
6. Provision of personal swim instruction equipment to enhance the learning experience.
