We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at our Bayside location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting customers, presenting our services, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers with enthusiasm and energy, providing a positive first impression of our studio.
- Presentation of our services to interested customers, highlighting the benefits of our fitness program.
- Work at our front desk, answering phones, and responding to customer inquiries.
- Provide studio tours to prospective customers, showcasing our facilities and services.
- Work closely with trainers to guide new customers through their first Orangetheory workout.
- Sell memberships to customers, helping to grow our business.
- Follow up with prospective customers to ensure they have a positive experience and to encourage them to join our studio.
- Handle customer concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolving issues.
- Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services.
- Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized, providing a positive environment for customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team environment, and have a passion for fitness and customer service.
