About the RoleWe are looking for a board-certified or eligible anesthesiologist who is willing to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
Benefits and Perks- Competitive salary: $200/hour (PRN rate) or $400,000/year (W-2 salary) for new graduates, and up to $450,000/year (negotiable) for experienced anesthesiologists
- 2 years to partnership for full-time W-2 only - shares awarded for tenure and leadership roles
- Benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid malpractice, and CME/licensure
- Flexible scheduling, with opportunities for seasonal variation and less than 40 hours/week
