We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Fort Worth Wellness and Rehabilitation Center. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting our clinicians in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform various duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator, in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Make resident rounds to administer quality nursing care and ensure the well-being of our residents.
  • Verify resident identification before administering care or serving food to ensure accurate care delivery.
  • Report missing ID bands to the admission coordinator immediately.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by making beds, cleaning bedside tables, and ensuring water pitchers are filled and within reach.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary or directed by supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a nursing assistant program or hold a valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or clinical experience while enrolled in a nursing assistant certification class.
