Key Responsibilities- Work Order Management: Receive, prioritize, and distribute work orders to maintenance technicians, ensuring timely completion and follow-up with residents.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between the maintenance team and residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Project Coordination: Assist with planning and executing capital and special projects, including scheduling contractor visits and obtaining quotes.
- Supply Chain Management: Order and manage supplies as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring timely delivery and availability for maintenance tasks.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work orders, maintenance activities, and project progress, providing regular updates to management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; two to five years of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience: Previous experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field; knowledge of building maintenance and repair procedures a plus.
- Competitive Compensation: $22-$23/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
