About the Role

As a Front Desk Ambassador at Auberge Resorts, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and acknowledge all arriving, in-house and departing guests
  • Escort guests to their rooms when required
  • Maintain knowledge of resort activities, outlets, and services
  • Respond to ALICE tickets and utilize ALICE to communicate with other departments
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accurate information and payment processing
Requirements
  • Prior experience in front office work or a similar luxury environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a high-pressure environment with attention to detail
Estimated Salary Range

$24.83 per hour
