POSITION REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking a USPTO-registered Attorney or Patent Agent who holds a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline. The ideal candidate will possess industry experience in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing. This may also encompass patent work associated with image processing, database management, access control, natural language processing/understanding (NLP/NLU), and autonomous systems. Attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in technical writing is advantageous. This role is particularly suitable for an Agent with exceptional writing capabilities and an aspiration towards transitioning from Patent Agent to Attorney. Preference will be given to Patent Attorney candidates who hold the corresponding state bar for the office location.
