Position Description:

Pennsylvania Hospital, the nation's first hospital, is seeking a full-time Nocturnist to join their team. As a Nocturnist, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care on the teaching services, non-teaching service, observation Medicine service, and the consult/co-management service. You will work closely with our Hospitalist group, a well-established and respected team who value high-quality patient care and education.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care on the teaching services, non-teaching service, observation Medicine service, and the consult/co-management service.
  • Work closely with our Hospitalist group to provide high-quality patient care and education.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree or foreign equivalent.
  • Board certified or eligible in Internal or Family Medicine.
  • Board certification required for applicants who completed residency three or more years prior to the date of application.
  • Have or be eligible for PA medical license.
  • Must have DEA license/registration.
