Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Westminster location. This is a great opportunity for individuals with no prior aviation experience to learn about the industry and grow their careers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure aviation customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Facilitate a welcoming atmosphere in the passenger lounge for customers, guests, and vendors.
  • Schedule customer visits and coordinate customer requests with the appropriate personnel.
  • Screen and direct phone calls to the right personnel.
  • Assist customers with aircraft catering, including providing recommendations of local caterers and receiving and storing received catering in accordance with proper food handling procedures.
  • Ensure complimentary beverages and snacks are well-stocked and available for customers.
  • Ensure passenger lounge equipment is well-maintained and requests servicing or replacement when equipment is worn or non-functional.
  • Assist passengers requiring additional assistance on the ramp and in facilities.
  • Receive and process mail and shipping.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, photocopying, and proofread letters, memoranda, and spreadsheets.
  • Monitor customer feedback regarding facilities and make recommendations for improvement to the Operations Manager.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • No prior aviation experience necessary.
