Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Orthopedic Hospital team for night shifts. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
