**About the Job:** We are seeking a highly skilled Secretary to join our team at Precision Recruiting Solutions Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties, managing Google documents, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities:

  1. Perform administrative tasks including filing, emailing, and sending calendar invitations.
  2. Manage a few Google Docs, perform data entry, and compile/share information with colleagues as requested.
  3. Prepare board agenda items and organize what goes into presentations.
  4. Prepare work orders, invoices, assist with lease renewals, data entry, and tracking.
  5. Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of relevant office experience.
  • Strong attention to detail – ability to enter data accurately and timely.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with external contacts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Windows-based programs.

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position with benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
