Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients, prepare rooms and equipment for procedures and exams.
  • Take and record vital signs, inform providers of patient vital signs and concerns.
  • Recognize and treat emergency patients as a priority, assist with patient examinations and treatments.
  • Handle patient situations over the phone, schedule appointments and procedures with medical professionals.
  • Register new patients, establish medical records.
  • Prepare patient billings, assist patients with forms and insurance.
  • Supply authorized information to third-party payors.
  • Instruct patients in preparation for procedures.
  • Collect and process routine laboratory specimens.
  • Operate and maintain clinical equipment.
  • Maintain aseptic technique, including sterilization, disinfection, and disposal of contaminated material.
  • Clean, wrap, and autoclave instruments, care for supplies and equipment.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
