Estimator Position

GPAC is partnering with a top-tier General Contractor to find an experienced Estimator. This role offers a great work-life balance and the chance to work with a reputable company.
Estimator Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely estimates and proposals, focusing on cost, schedule, and scope of work.
- Understand and manage safety requirements, local building codes, and tax information for each project.
- Conduct site walk-throughs and document observations and discussions with clients or key contractors.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Update and maintain the estimating database with cost data.
- 5 years of experience as an Estimator for a licensed General Contractor.
- Four-year degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
