A Medical Surgical Pulmonary Unit Nurse plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient-centered care at LewisGale Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients' conditions, identifying and reporting changes in status to ensure timely and effective interventions.
- Administer prescribed medications according to established protocols and document care delivered.
- Provide exceptional care by promptly responding to patient requests and resolving their needs with compassion and empathy.
- Empower patients and families with accurate information about medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications to promote informed decision-making.
- RN licensure and BCLS certification within 30 days of employment.
- Degree in Nursing: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- $93,300 - $124,400 per year competitive salary.
