Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
Job Description:
Overview: As a Registered Nurse on our Medical Surgical Pulmonary Unit, you will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve positive clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and interventions.
- Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers, promoting optimal understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
