We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Technical Project Lead to join our team at Georgia IT Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our IT project management group, helping business units and the Enterprise achieve strategic goals.

About the Role

The role requires a deep understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, as well as experience working with Architecture teams to assess and size story/epics. You will also be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, developing and managing development project & sprint plans, tracking and managing project progress, ensuring project acceptance and transition, and evaluating and improving project performance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships
  • Develop and Manage Development Project & Sprint Plan
  • Track and Manage Project Progress
  • Ensure Project Acceptance and Transition
  • Evaluate and Improve Project Performance

You will also be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews, and iteration retrospectives, managing engineering development projects, creating or analyzing business requirements documents and project timelines, guiding the team in time estimating practices, driving team iteration execution, communicating with management and stakeholders, and protecting the team from uncontrolled injection of work.
