Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities and programs for children
  • Supervise and train Kids Club staff to ensure high-quality service
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, attendance, and inventory
  • Collaborate with Regional Youth Director to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, sales, and usage
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
  • Minimum one year experience in a related field, such as youth program management or child development
  • First Aid and CPR certifications required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
Working Conditions

This position requires a person to be physically fit and mentally alert. There may be a need for standing, walking, sitting, lifting, kneeling, reaching, handling, thinking, reasoning, and calculating - some of it constant. This position has an inherent amount of physical and mental stress. All candidates must be prepared for and capable of adapting to such conditions.

Benefits

This position is compensated hourly, with a 30 hour/week minimum requirement, and is eligible for benefits.
