About the Role

PURE Property Management is seeking a seasoned Property Management Operations Manager to lead our team in Austin, TX. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our property management operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure the effective management of our property portfolios.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop a team of property management professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Marketing and Growth: Collaborate with the Broker to establish and implement marketing strategies to drive portfolio growth.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control costs, expenses, and financial performance of property portfolios.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and residents to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Performance Evaluation and Development: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Resolve business and personnel problems or grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of residential property management experience and 5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Education: Active TX Real Estate License and a BA degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
