Froster - Cake Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Froster to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cakes that meet our strict standards.

• Cake Decoration: Follow our proprietary frosting recipe and application methods to create visually appealing cakes.
• Production Management: Prioritize cake pre-orders and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders in a timely manner.
• Inventory Management: Ensure an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Quality Control: Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure they meet our quality standards and inform management of any quality control issues.
• Workplace Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and restock your workstation, and wash any equipment as needed.
• Health and Safety: Comply with all health and safety guidelines and company policies, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.

• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education and Experience: No formal education or work experience is required, but previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant is a plus.
