About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Field Services at Invitation Homes, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional support to our residents and partners. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring maintenance and turn & rehab dashboards, managing the daily schedules and assignments of Maintenance Technicians and/or Superintendents, and serving as the first point of contact for maintenance-related resident concerns. You will also review and approve work order proposals, assist in researching and coordinating vacant utility issues, and manage eviction schedules and personal property holds.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, proven experience in customer service or administrative functions, and excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail. You will also need strong verbal and written communication skills, effective customer service and conflict resolution skills, and intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
