Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities in the West Grove, PA area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign checks, medication administration, and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes
Requirements
  • Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
  • 1+ year of experience as a CNA in a post-acute care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physical demands of the job
