Position Summary:
- Degree Required: Nurse Practitioner
- Specialization: Palliative Care
- Unit: Hospice Services
- Shift Details: 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week
- Assignment Duration: 14 weeks
- Job Type: Travel Position
Essential Qualifications:
- Licensure & Education: Must possess a current registered nurse license or equivalent, along with ACHPN BLS Certification in Hospice and Palliative Care. A Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required. Preferred specialization in Family or Adult Medicine.
- Certifications: Current Nurse Practitioner license, BLS certification, and a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician for palliative care. Federal and state DEA licenses are also necessary.
- Experience: Minimum of two years as a Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in Part B billing and the ability to work independently in an advanced practice role. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in point-of-care software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Must have reliable transportation for work-related duties.

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $87.50
- Travel Package: Includes a weekly stipend and meal allowance, with gross weekly pay details provided upon request.
