Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Post Acute Medical Services.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the nursing home setting, working closely with our medical team to diagnose, treat, and coordinate patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care to patients in the nursing home setting
  • Work collaboratively with our medical team to diagnose and treat patients
  • Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant medical practices and technologies
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) software
  • Ability to learn and stay current with relevant medical practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a high degree of accuracy
