About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, social, and psychological well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive environment for residents, adhering to treatment plans prescribed by physicians and documenting responses to care plans.
  • Administer medications, manage the cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.
  • Monitor the care of residents, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
