About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Productization Engineering Program Manager to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our HWTech organization, you will play a critical role in the development and launch of new custom silicon products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering, Test, and DFT teams to ensure successful product launch and mass production support.
  • Plan, implement, and support silicon productization from a product standpoint, including build schedules, test program releases, and functional/structural testing.
  • Interface with multiple internal Engineering and Material teams to drive closure of critical silicon issues and enable successful SoC mass production ramp.
  • Develop and implement effective processes to avoid quality and execution issues early in the development cycle.
  • Disciplined issue tracking, organizing, and reporting of program risks, status, and options for resolution to executive management.
Requirements
  • B.S. in an Engineering field.
  • Experience in SOC/Chip Design/Validation, DFT, Test, or Product Engineering.
  • Experience working with SoCs in areas such as NPI or a high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Driven and highly motivated.
  • Ability to drive resolution of critical problems under pressure.
  • Ability to understand and extract action plans from complex technical discussions and translate into succinct messaging for multi-functional and executive status reporting.
