We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Clinician to join our team at Complete Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our mental health services team, you will provide high-quality care to our clients, working closely with them to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient mental health services to an assigned client caseload, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client progress in our electronic health record system.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Clinical licensure is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to pass background checks, including CORI, DCF, and driving records.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $62,000 (unlicensed) to $64,000 (licensed), with a bilingual stipend of $2,000.
