**Important Note**: We are in search of candidates who can commit to full-time hours. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays and weekends, is essential:
7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Various mid-shifts (e.g., 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., etc.)

Key Responsibilities:· Exhibit a proactive approach and outstanding communication abilities in a prominent and essential role.
· Assist guests with check-in, check-out processes, and reservation management efficiently.
· Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, courteously, and effectively.
· Collaborate with team members and other departments to foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
· Go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their stay.
· Experience with OnQ pm is advantageous.
· *Candidates must be willing and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.*
