Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our healthcare professionals, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and family evidence-based care, inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.
  • Order and administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19, influenza, and TB, and provide evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care and ensure positive patient health outcomes.
  • Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well-being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health, and wellness programs.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
  • Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
  • Ability to be proficient in both speaking and writing in additional languages, including Spanish, depending on the market.
