Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with departmental leadership to establish and execute long-term strategic plans, utilizing data and best practices to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership across all levels, guiding the creation of strategic and operational plans while addressing significant risks.
  • Design, plan, and implement solutions that align with departmental and organizational strategies, ensuring processes and operations meet high service standards.
  • Analyze complex data to assess operational effectiveness, identify gaps in strategic goals, and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Engage with leadership and business partners to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set both short-term and long-term objectives.

Qualifications
