Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze trends to support departmental strategies and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Champion change management initiatives, ensuring new solutions are effectively adopted and success measures are tracked.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale business operations.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, etc.).
  • Expertise in project management and serving as a liaison between teams and management.
  • Experience with change management tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrated success in project leadership and execution across various initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills to address complex business challenges.
  • Familiarity with automated systems used in operational management.
  • Extensive knowledge of organizational change management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
