Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership across all levels, guiding the creation of strategic and operational plans while addressing significant risks.
- Design, plan, and implement solutions that align with departmental and organizational strategies, ensuring processes and operations meet high service standards.
- Analyze complex data to assess operational effectiveness, identify gaps in strategic goals, and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Engage with leadership and business partners to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and set both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Lead the planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for departmental initiatives.
- Evaluate internal processes and programs to recommend enhancements that improve business operations and member services.
- Conduct operations audits to identify procedural deficiencies and operational vulnerabilities.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify gaps, and recommend strategies for efficiency and quality improvements.
- Work collaboratively across departments to establish benchmarking targets that ensure effective processes.
- Tackle complex problems requiring thorough analysis of various factors.
- Provide strategic guidance to ensure effective communication and implementation of initiatives across all business units.
- Set operational objectives that align with broader corporate strategies.
- Research and analyze trends to support departmental strategies and provide actionable recommendations.
- Champion change management initiatives, ensuring new solutions are effectively adopted and success measures are tracked.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale business operations.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, etc.).
- Expertise in project management and serving as a liaison between teams and management.
- Experience with change management tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated success in project leadership and execution across various initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve desired outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills to address complex business challenges.
- Familiarity with automated systems used in operational management.
- Extensive knowledge of organizational change management principles.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
