Houseperson

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Houseperson to join our team at Hampton Inn & Suites. As a Houseperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel's public areas, including hallways, meeting rooms, and lobbies.

• Collect and dispose of trash, dirty linen, and other materials from assigned floors
• Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests
• Retrieve clean linens from storage facilities and distribute them to each floor
• Deliver requested amenities, such as rollaway beds and cribs, to guest rooms

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role preferred
• Strong work ethic, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
