Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Houseperson to join our team at Hampton Inn & Suites. As a Houseperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel's public areas, including hallways, meeting rooms, and lobbies.

• Collect trash, dirty linen, and other materials from assigned floors and dispose of them properly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, hallways, lobby, and other workspaces.
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding quickly to visitors' requests.
• Retrieve clean linens from housekeeping storage facilities and distribute them to each floor.
• Deliver requested amenities such as rollaway beds, cribs, blankets, etc. to guest rooms.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• At least 1 year of experience as a houseperson, housekeeper, or similar position in the hospitality field.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques.
