  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and implement improvements to the testing lifecycle.
  • Collaboration:
    • Foster effective communication and collaboration with product development and product design teams.
    • Participate in regular meetings to provide testing updates and gather feedback.
  • Documentation:
    • Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for testing processes.
    • Develop and update user guides and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Test Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of product testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks.
  • Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
