Your Role

As a financial advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop personalized strategies to help them achieve success. You will also oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients through face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
  • Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized strategies to help them achieve their goals.
  • Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience.
  • Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
  • Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience within the securities/financial services industry.
  • Financial services and/or sales experience.
  • Financial services registration, licensing, or certification.
  • Professional and/or military career progression.

Compensation Package

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes opportunities for commissions, profit sharing, and incentive travel. Our compensation package is designed to reflect your hard work and dedication to building a successful career as a financial advisor.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $38,500 - $100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. This is a base salary estimate and does not include additional forms of compensation such as commissions and bonuses.
