Role Overview:

Under the supervision of the Finance Director, the Grants Accountant is accountable for the preparation and coordination of fiscal management and accounting activities related to grants. This includes compliance auditing and tracking of all grants awarded to TrueCare from various sources including Federal, State, County, and Private Foundations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline, with a minimum of two years of experience in Grant Accounting, or four years of professional accounting experience specifically in Grant Accounting.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and precision.
  • Proficient in interpreting and applying advanced accounting principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Practices (GAAP).
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
