About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at SOL Cocina. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every visit to our restaurant is memorable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and knowledgeable service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take and enter orders accurately and efficiently, using our POS system to ensure seamless service.
  • Ensure that all food and beverages are served promptly and to the guests' satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of sanitation and safety.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
