Strategic HR Business Partner Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Business Partner Lead to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the overall people strategy for the business and working closely with senior leaders to drive game-changing results.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of client-facing experience, preferably in Human Resources, and be comfortable working in a matrix environment. They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups within Tech
  • Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management to change management and organizational design
  • Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 6 years of client-facing experience OR at least 6 years of consulting experience OR a combination
  • At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources
