Work Commitment:
This is a full-time position requiring regular hours of ten hours per day, Monday through Friday, with additional hours on Saturday as needed.
The employee is expected to be available for work throughout the entire employment period, even during slower periods.
Excessive tardiness or absences may lead to termination of employment.
Daily Operations:
Work assignments will be determined by the farm manager or supervisor based on operational needs. Employees may be assigned various tasks daily and will be expected to adapt to changing requirements.
Performance Standards:
