Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of all orders, maintaining relationships with customers, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized compound solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Ensure daily processing of all orders, review product availability, and collaborate with manufacturing and/or shipping locations to confirm delivery dates.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and manage assigned accounts.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with Sales Administrators to set up new accounts and maintain customer requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and disputes.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory management programs and take action as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Responsible for customer reporting, on-time metrics, and other analytics to ensure business performance.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: High school or G.E.D. with some college coursework preferred. 3-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, strong PC skills, and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Originality and creative thinking, team player, results-oriented, customer/relationship-oriented, problem-solving skills, and self-motivated.
