Job ResponsibilitiesThe Security Site Supervisor will oversee the delivery of security services to an assigned customer, acting as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising site staff and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
- Ensuring effective communication with customers, Operation Managers, and security officers.
- Coordinating the delivery of quality services and enforcing contract standards.
- Administering site safety programs, outlining site-specific hazards for security officers.
- Participating in unemployment hearings and enforcing Allied Universal's policies.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Access control and badge experience.
- Alarm panel experience.
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in various environments, including cold weather, rain, snow, or heat.
- Occasional lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds.
- Climbing stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
- Standing or walking on various surfaces for long periods.
