Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Norwich Springs Health Campus. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being from admission to discharge.
- Advocate for residents at every stage of care, going above and beyond to meet their unique needs.
- Develop personalized care plans based on observation and expertise, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
- Respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations, taking charge to initiate life-saving measures when necessary.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
- Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree or diploma from an accredited college/university.
- Be a valid RN state license holder and possess CPR certification.
- Have experience in nursing and a strong understanding of RN practice.
- Be knowledgeable about laws, regulations, and guidelines related to long-term care.
