Position Overview

This seasonal role is designed to assist in the preparation and upkeep of our facility and grounds for various events, ensuring a high standard of maintenance and presentation.

Core Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance
  • Perform general upkeep of buildings and grounds, including cleaning, power washing, and waste removal.
  • Engage in landscaping activities such as mowing, trimming, and planting.
  • Utilize hand and power tools, as well as heavy equipment, for maintenance tasks.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
Sanitation Duties
  • Maintain cleanliness in office spaces, restrooms, and public areas.
  • Ensure restrooms are sanitized and stocked appropriately.
  • Operate necessary tools and equipment for cleaning tasks.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
Signage and Hospitality
  • Manage the installation and maintenance of signage, including large banners.
  • Assist in setting up event equipment such as tents, tables, and chairs.
  • Preferred experience in operating forklifts and boom lifts.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
