The Role:

At Convoso, we are dedicated to transforming the future of lead generation within contact centers. Our goal is to revolutionize the call center sector by equipping agents to convert leads more efficiently. As a Sales Development Representative, you will oversee your outbound prospecting efforts, ensuring a high volume of outreach and contributing to key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily SDR activities and outbound initiatives.
  • Focus heavily on outbound sales efforts.
  • Manage campaigns, outreach strategies, and sales pipelines.
  • Stay updated on new product developments.
  • Meet and exceed your outbound performance targets.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR, or a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor with excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up abilities, along with strong prospecting skills.
  • Solid understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, or similar sales enablement tools.

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this position is between $25 and $27.

This compensation range is based on industry standards for the role, function, and level, as well as the company's compensation philosophy. Final offers may vary based on geographic location, candidate experience, and other relevant factors. Convoso also provides equity for eligible full-time roles and an exceptional benefits package, including a generous 401k match.
