Job Description
  • Assess and develop individualized plans of care for patients requiring part-time intermittent professional nursing service.
  • Provide skilled nursing care and observations, instructing patients in their place of residence.
  • Coordinate services with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • A valid New York State license and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.
  • One year of experience as a registered nurse, preferably in home care or long-term care settings.
  • Ability to travel regularly to patient assignments via public transportation and/or private vehicle.
Benefits
