Job Summary
We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our team at Stones Crossing Express Care. As a Patient Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments, and handling patient inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Collect patient payments and apply payments and adjustments to patient accounts
- Balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- 1 year of healthcare experience preferred
