Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage staff schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing overtime.
- Plan and schedule Community Participation Supports activities, including staffing ratios and event follow-up assessments.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, ensuring a dynamic and effective workplace.
- Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Prior experience in scheduling and community participation supports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
- Scheduling software experience preferred.
