Position Overview
The Enterprise Account Executive will focus on strategic accounts within Adobe's Healthcare Life Sciences sector. This role involves understanding clients' goals for personalization and customer/member/patient engagement, collaborating with internal teams, and proposing Adobe solutions that deliver significant business impact.
We are looking for a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive who excels in surpassing sales objectives through the promotion of the Adobe Experience Platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new revenue and demonstrating value to clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys consultative selling, and has a track record of success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic plan prioritizing accounts to create a roadmap for exceeding sales targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts.

• Collaborate across departments (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk) to navigate the sales process.

• Establish trust with clients by recommending tailored solutions that align with their business goals.

• Participate in a collaborative selling environment.

Qualifications for Success

• Ability to distill the complexities of the Adobe Platform into a compelling narrative focused on client outcomes.

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level software sales.

• In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Experience Platform, Marketo, Campaign, and Target.

• Proven history of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• A natural curiosity and desire to learn.

Our compensation structure reflects the labor market across various regions, and salaries are adjusted accordingly. The annual pay range for this position is $258,000 to $416,800, which varies based on location and job-related expertise. Specific salary details will be discussed during the hiring process.

For sales positions, starting salaries are presented as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), while non-sales roles are expressed as base salary with additional incentives through the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

Additionally, certain positions may qualify for long-term incentives in the form of equity awards for new hires.
